Free Studio Time
Each month, paid tiers receive a set number of included studio hours:
Artist Access gets 1 hour, Artist Development gets 2 hours, Executive Artist Experience and Inner Circle get 3 hours.
How to apply: When you book a session through the member portal, the booking flow
shows your available hours. You toggle how many to apply to that specific session. They reduce
the session price dollar-for-dollar at your tier's standard hourly rate.
Rollover: All paid tiers roll over unused hours to the next month.
There's no expiration on rolled-over hours as long as your membership stays active.

Free Mastered Songs
Each month, every paid tier gets free song masterings:
Artist Access 1/mo, Artist Development 3/mo, Executive Artist Experience and Inner Circle 5/mo.
How to apply: When you add mastered songs to a booking, your free
credits automatically cover up to that many songs at $0 each. Any songs beyond your credits
are billed at the per-song rate AND your tier's member discount kicks in on the remainder.
Rollover: Executive Artist Experience and Inner Circle masterings roll over to the next month.
Artist Access and Artist Development masterings reset on the 1st of each month, so use them or lose them.

Your Member Rate (built in)
Every member session is already discounted off the standard $100/hr studio rate:
Artist Access pays 15% less, Artist Development 20% less, Executive Artist Experience and Inner Circle 25% less.
How it works: Nothing to click, it's automatic. When you browse sessions,
the price you see is already your member rate (you'll see the regular rate struck through next
to it). A 2-hour session that's $200 at the regular rate is $160 for an Artist Development member, every time.

Bonus Discount (up to 3x per month)
On top of your built-in member rate, you get a bonus discount equal to your tier %
, an extra 15% / 20% / 25% off, that you can apply to any session. The number of bonus
discounts you get each month depends on your tier:
- Artist Access: 1 bonus discount / month
- Artist Development: 2 bonus discounts / month
- Executive Artist Experience: 3 bonus discounts / month
How to apply: In the booking flow, open “Apply member perks” and check
“⚡ Apply your [tier]% bonus discount.” It stacks on top of your already-discounted member rate.
Example: an Artist Development member's $160 session becomes $128 with the bonus applied.
The rule: The bonus discount is one-per-booking and your monthly bonus discounts reset on the 1st of each month.
You can use either the bonus discount or free studio hours on a given session, not both.
(Free mastered songs always stack regardless.)

Merch Discount
Artist Access 20%, Artist Development / Executive / Inner Circle 30% off all AudibleHeaT merchandise.
Executive Artist Experience members also get access to exclusive limited drops at up to 50% off.
How to apply: The discount appears automatically at checkout when you're
logged into the merch store with your member account.

Events
Artist Access unlocks member-exclusive events. Artist Development, Executive, and Inner Circle get priority access,
meaning you can RSVP earlier than the general member pool.
How it works: Member events appear on your portal dashboard. You'll receive
email invites with priority windows (Artist Development+) or open invites (Artist Access) depending on the event.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
All members can cancel or reschedule from the dashboard:
- More than 24 hours before the session: full 100% refund / free reschedule.
- Within 24 hours of the session: 50% refund on cancel, or a $25 reschedule fee.
- After the session start time (no-show): no refund and no reschedule allowed, so you'll need to book a new session.
